1. Contact

2. Quotation

Based on your requirements, we will check the interpreter's schedule and track record, allowing for the arrangement of the most suitable interpreter. We will also prepare a quotation for you.

3. Order

After placing your order, please provide us with detailed materials.

4. On the day

The interpreter will arrive on site at the designated time.

5. Payment

Interpretation:  the fee depends on the number of interpreters, the field of expertise and the level of the interpreter.

Translation: the fee depends on the delivery date, the field of expertise and the volume.

The payment will be made by bank transfer.

Non-corporate orders placed in the name of an individual will be paid in full in advance.

In the event of cancellation after the order has been placed, there will be a cancellation fee as specified.
